DSL runs over the existing copper telephone line at speeds up to 50 Mbps depending on cable quality and distance from the PoP. Fiber is preferred where available; we provide both, and our feasibility check tells you which is available on your line.
Yes. If your line is currently subscribed to another ISP, the application form handles the transfer automatically. You will be asked to upload a clearance certificate from your current provider as part of the documents.
Most fiber installations complete within 7-10 business days after application approval. DSL activation and ISP transfers can be faster. The one-time installation fee includes the fiber cable and ONT (fiber router) where applicable.
