It starts as an SME FIBER application: tell us whether you have a landline, and the form checks fiber availability at your building — from your landline where it can be checked automatically, otherwise from the building's Fiber Distribution Box. Then upload a photo of your ID and proof of address, fill in your details, pick a residential or corporate plan, and submit. The whole process takes about 5 minutes.
The same form continues as an SME DSL application — nothing to re-enter — or you can leave your details so our team follows up on fiber availability at your building. DSL runs over your landline; where the line check says neither service is available, you can apply with a brand-new landline or leave your details. Availability and installation remain subject to verification by our team.
No. If you have an existing landline, we check it automatically and the result decides whether your application continues for fiber, for DSL, or as a transfer from another provider. If you do not have a landline, we request a new one for you as part of the application, and the building's fiber box decides between fiber and DSL.
Fiber delivers a stable, dedicated connection over fiber-optic lines: residential fiber up to 300 Mbps, corporate fiber a dedicated 100 Mbps. DSL runs over the existing copper telephone line at speeds up to 50 Mbps depending on cable quality and distance from the PoP. Fiber is the preferred service wherever it is available; DSL is the alternative where fiber infrastructure has not reached the building yet.
Yes. If your line is currently subscribed to another ISP, the application form handles the transfer automatically. You will be asked to upload a clearance certificate from your current provider as part of the documents.
Most fiber installations complete within 7–14 business days after application approval. DSL activation and ISP transfers can be faster. The one-time installation fee includes the fiber cable and ONT (fiber router) where applicable.
