Fiber internet for your entire building in Lebanon

A building committee, an owner, a property developer, a syndic or the manager of a gated community or compound anywhere in Lebanon, and, for corporate buildings, the company or the building management. You do not need to be an SME customer, and the request does not commit the building to anything.

A price for connecting the whole building to SME FIBER: the building connection and distribution, the installation of every apartment or office that subscribes, the monthly plans available to the occupants and the support arrangement. Where fiber has not yet reached the street, SME says so and proposes SME DSL in the meantime, with a free upgrade when fiber arrives.

Two conditions apply. First, every apartment that joins must not have an active DSL or fiber internet service with another provider on its line; an apartment that does must cancel that service with its current provider before SME can connect it. Second, at least 70% of the apartments in the building must submit their documents for SME to proceed with the building application.

The national ID card (front and back) or the passport of the applicant; where the landline is not in the applicant's name or the apartment has no landline yet, one property document, namely the house deed, a rent contract signed by the municipality, or a proof of residence; and, where the line had internet service with another provider, a clearance certificate from that provider. Documents are photographed with a phone in the online application; nothing is printed or posted.

A corporate building is quoted as corporate SME FIBER, with the business plans, static public IPs and the service-level support companies need; a floor or a tower that needs guaranteed bandwidth is quoted as a dedicated circuit. Each company adds its commercial registration, its Ministry of Finance / VAT registration and the authorised signatory's ID or passport. The same two conditions apply: no active service with another provider on the line, and at least 70% of the offices submitting their documents.

At once: the official quote is e-mailed to you the moment you send the form. SME then calls the contact you give within two business days to confirm the building's line situation; where a site survey is needed, it is scheduled on that call.

The building or community name and any notes are optional.
