Degraded

Internet not working?

  1. Restart your router — power it off, wait 30 seconds, power it on, and give it two minutes to reconnect.
  2. Check the cables — the phone/fiber line into the router and the power adapter should be firmly seated.
  3. Test your speed — our internet speed test shows whether the line is slow or fully down.
  4. Try another device — if one device works and another doesn't, the issue is on the device, not the line.
  5. Still down? Contact our support team — individual line faults are handled directly and won't always appear on this page.

Tired of unreliable internet?

Fiber connections are less affected by line faults and weather than legacy copper lines. Check whether fiber is available at your address.
